Episode 5 - Police scanner

Ok, I'm an idiot - how do you use the police scanner in episode 5? I've clicked all over it, and it just toggles the power on and off, I can't figure out how to turn any dials or whatever it is you're supposed to do. Help?

You read the Post-it that tells you what you need to do, and you read the popup message, which tells you how to that.

If you're playing on PC, you need to use the keys A and D to turn the frequency up or down! There's a small hint appearing on the screen, but it's easy to miss - I did too in my first playthrough.
