Can't buy episode 2?

Hey, I would like to buy episode 2 but I don't seem to be able too?

So there's a store page for Episode 2, accessible at least via the main game's DLC section, and you can add it to your wishlist, yet can't buy it separately? Makes sense. GG publishers.
