I am in Ch 1. Sean is locked up in the office at the store. Daniel is outside and cannot get in. I have tried all available actions but still cannot figure out how to get out. There is a 'Pipe Anchor' next to Sean where he is handcuffed, but there is no action available to click, just the name. Can anyone help, please?

I haven't played that episode in months but if i recall it's something to do with what he's tied to, the pipe i believe, you have shimmy along it to the door where you can get the keys to fall down.

Edit: Did you interact with Daniel yet? Make sure you've used ALL of the actions highlighted in blue, look at the keys, then the anchor, there should be an option to tear, then afterwards an option to ask daniel for tool, if there isn't you have ran into a glitch. If all that is done, wait for Daniel to respond back to you, it may take a while, then take the tool from the vent and go back to the anchor to tear it off again. Then press the forward button, w, and he will move along closer to the keys, then reach for the keys and they will fall, pick them up and a cutscene will play and you're done.
