can you smoke weed etc in ep 3 ( spoilers)

I don't remember what part it was but it's where you all sit around the fire. You'll get asked if you want a hit, you can decline or accept but you'll also be able to take another hit afterwards.

You can drink beer and use the bong too. I didn't, because Daniel was sitting right there.
