Just go to the bathroom and take the iron bar from the wall. used it to open the window and them get out of the room.

Oh, interesting. I knocked out the guard with it. Didn't know you can use it for the window, too^^
But if you go out of the window, how do you get your stuff from the other room?

Even tho Sean makes a comment about the guard now being awake and angry, he's not. Once you go out the window and in through the scaffolding he's asleep again. There are no issues (at least I didn't experience any)
