Souvenirs in Collectible Mode

I can't equip them when I return to story mode, is this intentional? Each item I've collected in that mode has a red CM when I view it in the backpack during the story. Is there any way around this?

hey! SO SORRY for late posting! but i just found this by googling same issue. and the only "fix" there seems fo be for this (according to my research) is by starting ALL over again with the game

i found a reddit post with almost exact same question as you, and the respond was:
"Items found in collectible mode cannot be equipped.

The only fix is to replay the episode in normal mode."


and personally for me, that just SUCKS! because i remember that in Lis1 if i forgot a pic with Max, i was able to go back to a previous ep, grab the pic, go back to current ep and continue from there and the pic was added to the collection
