You're talking about one of those challenges that are on the title screen, right?

In challenge mode, the "vote for each track" challenge is done by having the level that you voted for be the one that you actually play for all levels in a challenge run. Its honestly the easiest one you just move to the song that has the most people voting for.

In playlist, you just need to simply select 3 random songs for a playlist and then complete it to gain the "complete 3 tracks in a row" challenge.

Long story short, do what the challenge downright says. Seriously the titles of these challenges are EXTREMELY explicit I don't think you needed anyone to tell you what to do with these.
