How do you do that please?
zoom in and you should see a small icon for each manual switch in yards and some sidings, click on that smal icon to move the switch.
else jump out of the cab amd move to the switch and move its lever.
remote main-line swiches you cant move
you could try moving the train backwards or forwards a bit, or try the TAB key, in case its a red signal stopping you (you can ask to move past a red signal)
expansive yards. Is both time consuming and somewhat frustrating (as well as unrealistic).
Changing switch directions via the 'in game map', would aleviate the cumbersome process of
manually setting the path of travel. Dont know how other users feel, but keyboard access would
also in my view be a lot more convienient than the present need to hit Esc' to access map view,
Perhaps the creators of TSW have made contingencies to remedy that aspect of the game in
any up and coming patches!?.It would seem illogical not to do so especially in regards to
complex sorting yards.
I will try after I get home from work in couple hours...let you know...
