A cute little game about sending a squad of not-starship-troopers out to kill thousands of not-the-zerg. It's quite fun at the start but eventually it starts to get boring as you're doing the same thing over and over again. In my experience you really need to focus on AoE soldiers (shotguns and flames) and can safely ignore the others (snipers and rifles).

The mutations do feel a bit... underwhelming? Unless you get one that lets them spawn units right on top of you in which case you feel punished for being aggressive which, unfortunately, is what 99% of the campaign missions want you to do.

All that being said it's worth picking it up and getting a few hours of enjoyment out of it.
