Bolster/suppress

Where do you go to bolster interest group in version 1.8 In 1.7 you clicked on interest group and there was a green button at the top of page saying bolster or suppress. However, in 1.8 that button is gone. I am partially blind and I play by memorizing where things are I went to wiki and it says you can bolster but it does not say which menu gives the option. If you respond please specify where on the screen I could find the bolster button such as upper right hand corner

You can no longer bolster individual interest groups, just political movements.

Tool tip popup--to the right, as I recall. That is one way.
