How can I save the game?

Don't wanna play this in one sitting. I want to make a pause and return later from the latest checkpoint. Can I do this somehow?

There's a special towers on levels - when you press "up" near them - game saves =)
Then just load it from main menu when you'll return to the game.

I did this UP and try to load it and DONT WORK at me

Same thing as Leon did, this doesn't work for me. Pushing load don't do a thing after saving to a checkpoint.

There is a Special tower which is bigger then the normal checkpoint ones ... for me it works tho.
