Hi, I'm YUKIMAHARUNA, a solo developer from Japan.
The Steam page for The Chair Game is now live. It's coming in November 2026.

A slightly tricky physics action game. A man in an office chair climbs one long winding road, from the harbour to his house on the summit of a mountain, without ever getting out of the chair.

Push off the ground with your feet, swivel the seat to change direction, and lean back to lift the front wheels over a step. Casters are less obliging than you'd think: hills are hard work, stopping isn't easy, and one pebble can send you tumbling into the sea.

• One road from the harbour to the summit, no checkpoints. Roll off the road, and you climb again from wherever you come to rest.

• Rolling drums, an avalanche of watermelons, a runaway bicycle, geysers, a train... He falls over every time.

• Deadpan, documentary-style captions record every climb and every fall.

• Keyboard only. Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Korean.

If it catches your eye, please add it to your wishlist!
