Fulgurite Shard not working
Specifically the Energy Shield % effect. Type other. I'm currently have two equipped on my Psycher and they don't seem do be doing anything for my energy shield. Please look into this.

It seems the passive on the defense tree that improves shield effectiveness dosent do anything as well. My source for energy shield is the Psalm codes and Psalm doctrine that gives shield on hit.
