BUGGED! need help fixing my story mission "into the maw"

every time i try to load up the mission my game crashes and i have to reboot the game to play again and every time i try it will continue to crash. My character is names Zerg and i would like this fixed please 'Prophecy: the anathema ultima' - enter the stronghold of fabius bile

"into the maw of madness" every mission ive done so far has gone smoothly but i think im stuck stuck ive tried atleast 7 times to reboot and try again at the mission station
