If yes set it back to 100% before launching the game every time and change it to 4k once more in game, it should work + remember it if you keep launching it at the default 100% scale and layout %. After you quit the game you can change it back to preferred value but again every time just before you launch the game it needs to go back to 100% or it will likely be messed up again. The game just has problem with scaling properly when not set at the default value.
This i did not know TY as well because it removes having to set back to 100% default every time. Essentially its the same thing I said though that the game has a scaling problem just this is a better way to deal with it.
