Low Level Morality Gear - WHY?

Hey all,
I need to understand the logic of obtaining low level Morality gear, I mean like a Level 6 Daemonforged Carthean Sword, which has a GREAT summoning allies unique effect (up to 3 at a time!)?

From what I've learned about Morality gear, you need to have a 300 Morality to unlock these unique skills, with some being pretty amazing like in this case. The only problem is, getting 300 Morality demands quite a lot of content having been played to get those Morality story driven decisions points, making these low level Morality items quite useless (other than getting crafting mats or selling it).

They should be only unlocked as a possible drop at a set character level, at the earliest level possible of reaching 300 Morality I would think.
Unless of course, I'm really missing something about how to go about unlocking the required Morality as such low levels.

Anyone have an opinion or comment? Oh pls, it's Steam, of course there are. hehe

I have no idea but as far as i leard much of the "Unique" Gear is often garbage and not as flexible as normal relic gear.

Yep, seems a little silly getting Morality items at such a low level.

And here I thought I could have 3 little Nurgles running around with me while leveling up. hehe

I simply use spam extermination and own everything, screw a puppet.....

Yeah, I can agree that getting a Morality item at such a low level seems a bit much. We will have to check the scaling of the Morality drops. Thanks for the screenshot!:)
