Can you turn a seasonal character into regular character?
Basically if I create a seasonal character now and I wish to exit or switch the season can I do this?

No and it isn't planned right now to implement this either

So is there any point to create a specific seasonal character? Since it can't exit said season is forever in there, therefor can't take advantage of already leveled up cards, money, and stash... this seems like such oversight from the team.

Again 100% oversight from the dev team, specially with a limited character slots. Maybe when the game goes offline and can have a locally save file can manually swap between save files and have different builds with specific seasons but even that seems like extra work for no reason.
I don't understand why they don't make it so we can end/start season at will with specific characters, I see no balance issue since we would have to start season from the start if we do this but whatever it is what it is ill just ignore the seasons and play regular off seasons character and that's it.
