Prophecy is basically the expansion pack for Martyr.
All classes, except tech adept get into Prophecy after finishing the Martyr campaign.
The special thing about Prophecy is that it is also stand-alone.
Meaning you can play the tech adept and Prophecy without owning Martyr.
That is also the reason tech adepts don't start with Martyr and instead dive directly into Prophecy.

I have both so i need to install them both or just prophesy?
Martyr only.
Although installing Prophesy when you have Martyr installed is just a couple KB

Sororitas DLC for the additional class and Maelstrom of Carnage for a very useful repeatable mission.
The former has to be bought on steam, the latter can be bought with fate (an in game currency) like all the other DLCs.
However, currently only non-seasonal fate can be used.
Why is this game still so expensive while it's release is from 2018? And where to buy Prophecy dlc?

It goes on deep sale every other month or so.
Unfortunately, you just missed it though.
When it goes on sale you can pick up the game and all DLC for 20$ or your regional equivalent.
Just put it on your wishlist for now.
