Tech Adapt Kastelan Robot & Data flux

I've recently returned and playing a Tech Adapt & have 2 Kastelan Robots, but both take 40% data flux.

I've seen a build in which a player had 5, but unfortunately it did not explain how they got the Data Flux requirements down.

Is there a specific drop that has an affix or am I supposed to craft gear with a certain enchantment in order to lower the Data Flux required to summon the Kastelan Robots?

At the moment, I could in theory have 3 of them as I have three "slots" for contructs summons, but the data flux requirement is to much that I am only able to obtain 2 Kastelan Robots and 1 Kataphron due to the "cost".

Mindlink: 20 points gets you the first main data flux reservation cost.

There are youtube videos, but I think they changed things at some point. I could have 3 at once last time I played (and again just now), plus 2 spider melee bots I use as homing grenades. There's supposed to be an affix to lower Data flux reservation cost as well, but I never found it.
