How often does it go on sale?

I want to buy it for my brother for coop, but holy crap $70 for a janky diablo clone is steep. Is it realistic to expect it to drop significantly at any point?

It goes on sale quite often.
I'd say about every other month.
The skulls event in may if I am not mistaken, should be the next sale.
It is usually on a 75-80% discount.

Yeah, I ended up going with Fanatical. Got myself the prophecy expansion, and base game + prophecy for my brother.
