How the heck do I use Psychic Masteries on my weapons?

I see the open slot, I get them from leveling up but how to combine them????

If you mean the enhancement slots that open up at 10 and 20, you have to select the ability as if ypu were going to switch it and there should be an option to modify it instead of switching it out. I use a controller so the buttons are all labelled

If I pick skills in Psychic Combat, do they have to be assigned to my Psychic Weapons?

Or do they apply to all weapons?

All weapons seem to have open slots in them, but I can't find the screen to access them.

There is a book on the bridge near the storage. It is highlited only if you are a Psychic. You can upgrade your skills with the runes you get from levelling up or from the skilltrees and put fire or other skills in your Weapons

I feel your frustration OP. There wasn't any kind of direction for Psykers on that one...I couldn't find it until I watched a video on a Psyker build where the guy went over to the book. Perhaps they could add a small quest, something even like a basic one line script from the ship captain like "Inquisitor, we just received a new shipment of discipline studies from high command...for your convenience, we placed them here on the bridge" and a little quest icon pops up on the book. problem solved!

There's about 50 tutorials.

None of them are Psyker related. Yeah, not intuitive at all.
