Are attribute stats impossible to reroll?

In my case, I had a main implant with 2 Toughness and 1 Virtue on it. I wanted to reroll the virtue to Warfare. So far I've spent 600,000 and not only have I not gotten warfare, I've also never seen virtue again. Is it impossible to reroll an attribute?

No, I have had Attribute stats re-rolled. Im guessing they are a lower % chance though and you have just been unlucky.
Also, not sure every attrribute is available on every item.

I get that, which is why I used that as an example. I'm trying to reroll a slot that already had an attribute in it, so it can definitely be there.

Rerolling seems wonky. Would not be surprised if yet another bug is involved here. I also find that when you reroll stats, they are pretty much always lower than the stats you find on them naturally. It seems like it is much harder to roll higher values.

Some attribute points are given for heroic deeds. Those points can not be changed. If you get a +1 and virtue for a heroic deed you can not change that point. edit Oh sorry missed the topic.

I'm talking about rerolling attributes on items using the modify tab, as described in the OP.

As a note, I've now spent 1.5 million rerolling the slot that used to have virtue on it, I have yet to see an attribute again. Guess it's just gone.

I've neem able to reroll attributes.

Not sure what you're saying there...you've rerolled a slot and gotten an attribute?

New keyboard so my left hand was offset 1 key.

and yes, I have rerolled an attribute and been able to get it back on a relic.

Its possible, just did it on artificet implant, from +virtue to + warfare. Seems random luck :)
