what level?
There isn't any official trading. The best there is right now is you mail an item to someone and hope they don't just take it without sending anything back.
You're lucky in that you're level 41 as it unlocks a very cruical Perk for the Crusader:
Augmented Body II.
Which gives you permanent green Suppression (i.e total CC immunity). However, it also cuts out any health regen you have so you must find a way to heal more. Thankfully there is a solution to this:
Getting 15 points in Virtue gives you "Heal 0.5% of total Health per Focus spent" which can be combined with the three skills in the lower right of the Support-tree which gives you the same - resulting in 1% per 1 Focus spent. Given that an Assault Leap costs 20, that's 20% of your Health per leap.
Then the rather annoying part is getting the Focus to fuel all this jetpacking around. There's no easy way around it, you need the Perk "Self-Flagellation" which turns your Health per second into Focus per second. Since Augmented Body II disallows you to regen health anyway, this isn't much of a loss. This Perk is locked behind an annoying Fate grind, however...
As for other skill points, you can pretty much invest them anywhere you like to suit your weapon of choice. Critical hits etc is of course the go-to melee build atm.
For perks you MUST have augmented body 2. Rest can be mixed and matched though some are better than others, but that comes down to taste and what you need to boost because the gear is not perfect yet.
