cause I just did that this morning and it worked.
Also, taking that away would be incredibly stupid, the only way to do it without just nerfing campaign rewards, and thus making it meaningless to start and alt, would be to limit fate to the character not be an account curency, which would be a horrible mistake and would basicaly demand that just about everything else from tech tree to even maybe the stash be character limited and welcome to a game where nobody makes alts just to go through that insane grind again.

Bunker busting and silence guns should also be fairly quick but you need to kill the mobs guarding the things, and the run back to the bunker on buker busters would eat some time.
you wont gain inf or glory though so if thats important to you above suggestions are better.
