No. Inqusitors are not Astartes (Space Marines) and cannot become Space Marines.

Yes, I was only curious because Inqusitors are not mine cup of tee in W40K lore. So Im waiting for similar game genre with playable space marines.

but i doubt GW would let that happen in a game currently, especialy with the 40K lore progressing.
but i'd love to see retinues perhaps including some Marines (like henchmen in Diablo2)
highly unlikely - due to the inherent different biology and psychology a space marine would do terrible as an inquisitor.
inquisitors must know how to invoke, measure and use fear and the concept of fear is unknown to space marines or at least they are so brainwashed to not recognize what or how fear is.
however they can become chaplains afaik
Again anyone can become an Inquisitor and that does mean anyone if approved by 3 others or a Lord Inquisitor.
