Are archeotech or ancient relic lvl 100 in the game?

I reached lvl 100, but so far i was only able to craft or get from boxes and void crusades lvl 90 archeotech and anciet relics, but was able to get 91+ - 100 blue to purple ones from drop.
My question is if you can get red or orange items lvl 100.

You can get archeotech or ancient relic items up to level 100, but you need to run missions at 7+ levels to get them, that is 107 or higher if you are level 100. Even then, it is random. Each item can be anywhere between 90 and 100 and may be any rarity. You can add some specialized seals to the mission in addition to Tarot cards, to get more Archeotech items, but I find that isn't worth my time.

I usually run Viridian Void Crusade on Hardcore to get higher level relics.

The final mission is set at 7 levels higher than your level on the relic farming route. WHAT you get is random, but this crusade gives you a LOT of relics and it is fast to run.

Not quite correct.
For every level that the mission is above 96 you get a 3.5% chance for any drop to be level 91-100.
The individual level are evenly distributed (10% for 91, 10% for 92,...)
This does affect all drops, including even blue items.

Well, still... 107 is the lowest I have ever seen level 100 ancient relic items drop. I am not saying you are wrong, simply saying what I have seen in game.

Greens, blues and purples drop from 91 to 100 all the time and I just ignore those. I assume that archeotech relics, relics and ancient relics drop far rarer because they are smaller portion of the loot pool than the vendor trash.
