It looks a bit like a Gothic class cruiser with a whole bunch of macro cannons slapped on.
It's captain is a Rogue Trader, if that tells you anything. Probably very old and full of voidborn generations who've never set foot on a surface world let alone have a viewport to look upon one.
And then these ships often exist for millennia with lots of work done on them. Repairs and modifications that move them away from whatever they were when freshly built.
Inquisitor exists some distance from the Gothic sector. So it would be more surprising if the ship matched one of the ship types flown there.
It is only shown partially in cut scenes and it serves as the mission hub.
From what we can glimpse, it a relatively small void hauler with one front mounted dorsal turret.
The Martyr was Uther Tiberius ship and serves as the location of about 50% of the campaign missions.
It generally has an imperial cruiser hull but its armaments are non-standard.

The closest match is still the Gothic class.
The amount of weapons would put the Martyr safely in the grand cruiser or battleship category but the hull is clearly a cruiser or battle cruiser pattern.
Battle cruisers usually come with dorsal mounted turrets, which the Martyr lacks though.
Having said that... totally don't know what is Alpha Class...
I've just started new character - Tech Priest as a Seasonal Character. When he lands on Martyr - I believe this is his fifth mission or something like this his "operator" gives this information. I have been too slow to make a screenshort...
