Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr

Anyone else getting micro stutters that are constant every 8 to 10 seconds?
Just came back after stopping shortly after the game came out. I have a 1080. No matter what settings I do or trouble shoot I have tried I can not get rid of this annoying stuttering the keeps happening in a consistent and constant loop every 8 to 10 seconds. The stutters usually are a quarter second long but sometimes it goes for 5 seconds or so.

Any tips from others who have solved this if any? I'd hate to stop playing because I'm actually enjoying the game a lot but the stutter is really ruining the game for me and making me not want to continue no other games I have does this.

I can run Monster Hunter World at 4k with no issues so this game should not cause an either.

Edit: Funny thing, I tried the game on my laptop which is basically worse in every way: only has a 1070, has less ram and cpu power (but still both are i7), have installed on a hard drive instead of an ssd. But the game runs perfectly fine.

The only other thing I can think of is normally I plan on my Samsung TV. I've tried matching the resolution, downgrading it to 1920x1080, fullscreen, borderless, in game v-sync, frame blending on and of, and the cpu gpu lock option but nothing so far has stopped the horrible stuttering and lag that occurs when playing on my main computer.

Lag sometimes locks the screen for 5 to 10 seconds but I can hear the game is still playing in the background and I come back to half my health gone. The big spikes usually happen when jumping into horde and hitting many adds at once or when a lot of loot drops.

Any other ideas (or dev help happy to give error logs or whatever you need) would still be appreciated it.

i know its in settings but just in case you have overlooked it, sync CPU to GPU.

Sadly I have tried that and it made no difference. I've done most trouble shooting you can find by googling the issue but none have made a difference so far. Thanks for the suggestion though!
i had it too, alot too
no matter what settings i use, i even use NVME
in the end i just let it be

maybe internet? mine is slow though

I think 600mb down should be enough so don't think its my internet either but I'll keep an eye on my connection see if it dips when the stutters get bad.

Fix

Sadly have tried this cpu fix as well and I think it actually made the problem worse
It worked well for me, only the first part.

Fullscreen windowed mode and below,

Start the game.

With the game open, open your Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL). Go to Processes Tab and find Warhammer.

Right click Warhammer in the list and choose "Go to details." I think you can skip this step for Win 7.

Right click Warhammer.exe in the new list and choose "Set affinity."

Uncheck all your odd-numbered CPU. I have 16 (0-15) so I unselected 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15.

Press OK and go back to the game. It should play flawlessly.

this is the part I was referring to yes it did not work at all. But since the lag/stutters are not just getting worse than micro stutters every few seconds I'll give it another try

yep no luck with the cpu settings
CPU

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor / win11

Gpu

Nvidia 3060ti

Maybe working on amd or i am lucky. That stutter in 120fps is crazy.
no stutter for me, but i have nvidia g-sync turned on, probably helps.

Playing on a Samsung TV, so sadly can't try this one out.
Go to nvidia control panel, Configure Surround, Physix
then set it on your GPU, if it's set already try it on CPU, or vice versa.
