Constructs and what affects their damage
I am wondering a couple things about them, actually but the most pressing question is if the 55% heat-damage-bonus from purity perk scales with constructs. I was thinking that, if the doctrines heat- and physical-damage scales with constructs this would probably too but i would really appreciate some confirmation/falsyficiation on the matter.
Also: It would really help to have a decent infosheet for your constructs.

Also i would be interested on how DoTs and debuffs work on them. Do passives and doctrines that alter them for me also alter them for my constructs?

No. Only things that explicitly mention constructs like the skill trees work for them, and the psalm doctrines that say "affects constructs".[neocoregames.com]

i got another question and feel that it fits well in here and doesnt need a new thread:

i wonder if stats matter on your gear when you summon your constructs or what you are holding in your hand when they fight.

To give context: I recently got my fourth Kastelan Robot and realized that i can swap to my beta-weapon without any repercussions where i, technically do have only 3 slots for my kastelan. I figured i would, at the very least have to swap back to my Alpha-weapon when a kastelan goes down but even that is not the chase. I have alpha in set1 and when i am ingame i swap to set2 and play everything with that. Now thats a weird design choice to say the least but the big question this poses is now: What weaponslot goes into their stats?
Because if only the alpha-slot matters i can push my own stats on the betaslot and if not i, at least dont need to bother whats on the alpha-weapon (i spent like 20 mill to role that thing accordingly. ^^). Also i know that i will utlimately need an ancient relic alpha weapon to get my fifth kastelan (and a new chest too cause i was lucky to get one with a maxrole (-15% reserve) but, unfortunately on the wrong chest. In fact the worst chest (the one with the worst dmg-reduction) but if the stats on that dont matter i, at least know it doesnt matter what else is on the thing to begin with.

Your current weapon is what goes into stats. It will be recalculated if you switch weapons. Enchants/Bonusses/Socceted items. As you have noticed tho... Have the correct weapon equipped when entering a mission. If you have the wrong one equipped, then one or more of your Kastelans will not spawn. They only spawn at the beginning of a mission. After that, they are there for the duration of your mission.

ok. Thank you, very much!

I really think the game needs to provide more ingame-info for constructs aka a seperate sheet. Would make things a lot clearer.

I will be super honest. The lack of knowledge makes the game more interesting to me. Having everything documented as to what is powerful and how it works makes the game less fun. Explore and try to figure things out. This is an extremely complex system, but once you start understanding it. It is definitely more intuitive on how everything works together.

nothing against figuring things out. Its not that a simple datasheet is going to tell you exactly what to do. I think its quite annoying when a game hides its stats.
