No Cortex fragments when Custodian Rebus is in town?
Is it me or there's no Cortex Fragments when Custodian Rebus is up for business? It's the second weekend that I notice there's absolutely NO Cortex fragments dropping for me. At first, I thought it might be because I'm doing activities where they do not drop (like tarot cards do not drop for me during story missions). But I've varied my activities this weekend and no drops at all.
So my question really is, Is this intended? And if so, why?
