missing items in storage
Hi, I´m missing all my archeotech and void shards.

Actually all that was in the 4th slot of the storage...

Seems issue not solved as I have read there were many fixes pushed ?

Just put some "new" items in there restarted the game and the those items are gone as well...

Maybe you're putting stuff in the seasonal chest but checking the other and vice versa? Maybe it's a bug or server desync.

A game restart usually resolves these problems due all items being put into the storage get marked automatically and hence cannot vanish entirely. Please log in once again and check on the contents of your storage.

Please let me know if you still cannot see your valuable items there.

Logged in today again and still no items.

I put some items in storage tab 4 and 5 and after a restart of the game those items dissappear as well... :,-( alls my archeotech shards mostly gone and other consumables as Void Shards etc.

And also cant put anything into storage 4 and 5 anymore :D this is really strange here :D

ok seems like i fixed the issue by deleting the folder my documents:
C:\Users\*USER*\Documents\NeocoreGames

We will thoroughly investigate this problem as the marked items should not disappear in such a way. Thanks for the detailed reports.

I assume you deleted the Warhammer Martyr folder in your Documents, right?

Yes, I have deleted the complete folder.
If needed I can send you the files from this folder.

The issue occured maybe after closing the game via ALT + F4.
Don´t remember exactly.

It won't be necessary but thanks for your offering and the additional details. We need to get to the end of this. Local files should not affect the items which are stored on our backend.
