Stalwart Servant Side Quest

Hello!

Can someone please tell me how to finish this side quest?
So far, in 60+ hours I have found only 8 side quests, which seems unbeliveable since I've played a dozens of open world missions.

Also, I found a "guide" on Neocore forums( https://neocoregames.com/de/community/hub/side-quests-a-somewhat-complete-guide ) but it didn't help me at all...

Does anyone have any clue how to finish this?

It's a random event in missions. Help save a group of Imperial soldiers, or help a Psyker close a warp gate. You can find them in Void crusades, so just make sure to remember the missions, and do them again until you finish the heroic deed.
