How to open item link on chat window?

Hi,

I knew I can shift+left click item to create a link on chat window, but how to open the link form other player? I tried left click、right click、shift+left click....etc, It didn't work.

he told me - turn ON mouse control in game. he turned it off and experienced same issues as you.

I play with mouse control OFF and I can click the links in chat.
The trick is that if you did any menuing or movement in the game, you have to mouseclick the chat icon so that the "focus" is on the chat window, then the left-click will work.

hold down shift when u clickthe item, press enter, then press enter again, then inventory, then enter then hold shift and click the item.
