The crusader is from the ministorum (so the ecclesiarchy, however it might be someone who survived the astartes training but failed it, so not a space marine but close enough).
The assassin is a girl from a death cult, so definitely not an astartes.
The psyker is a primaris psyker, so either fully in the inquisition from the start or came from the astra militarum.
The tech-adept is an adeptus mechanicus so the complete opposite of an astartes.
That said, the crusader can be played pretty much the same as a space marine with the power armor, a heavy bolter, chain sword and shield.
Gameplay-wise that would be too redundant with the crusader, as it already plays like a space marine.
Yes, this would be a nice approach to realizing Astartes as a new class combining them with heavy weaponry and such. Custom colors would be awesome, I bet some people would make cabals and ropleplay as their own Space Marine chapter :D
They do that already actually, they did it since Release and yeah its pretty cool ofc :)
Ah my Brother born in the Flame im with you, for the Emperor and Mankind
Likely hood of us getting either of them, is slim to none.
Marines serving in the Deathwatch are also not Inquisitors either. If you think about it, the idea of a Space Marine becoming an Inquisitor really doesn't make much sense. Marines belong to their respective chapters, which are even closer to a family or clan than just a mere military unit. Moreover, the time and effort required to create a Space Marine--a soldier with a very specific purpose--would be kind of wasted if he got poached by the Inquisition.
I can see an Astartes becoming a full fledged Inquisitor only under some very unique and rare circumstances, such as a failed aspirant or neophyte whom the Inquisition decides it really wants (as opposed to letting him live out the rest of his lifespan as a chapter serf or servitor), or an old, beat-up veteran who has so many malfunctioning bionics jammed in him that he's no longer suitable for field duties, but also is intact enough (or not heroic enough) to justify interring him in a Dreadnought.
In short, if the Inquisition somehow gets its paws on a genuine Astartes as a full member (and not just a semi-permanent part of an Inquisitor's retinue or hired muscle like the Grey Knights and Deathwatch), then it probably won't be a Space Marine in his prime.
That being said, a full fledged member of the Adeptus Mechanicus becoming an Inquisitor really doesn't make sense either. The Mechanicus are notoriously secretive and they really don't want the Inquisition poking around their servers. Because the Inquisition tends to be very nosy and eager to find heresy everywhere.
