Is "Extreme Fortune" broken?
This buff does absolutely nothing for me. Even with hour glass active I come away without any Relic items from most Tarot missions

Only get relics from city of suffering for me.. Nada elsewhere and PR 1670 odd now... Broken system

I get a relic maybe once every 20 Terot missions

i dont recommend using Extreme fortune till you reach lvl 70....its pointless...and by my gameplay its not broken,...its just if you are low lvl relic drop chance is like 0 i think ... and 0x100 is still 0 :D

Item level cap at level 70 at the moment, while charactor level cap at 80.

There is a 10 level diffeence between when you start getting max level gear (lvl 70) and when you no longer need to gain exp (lvl 80). So lvl 70 is the time when you would still do tarot for the exp while wanting to get more relics to replace your earlier gears.
