Where is the magos biologis

I am playing as tech adept and cannot find where this is. It says i have to talk to them but there is no marker and I do not see them on the bridge.

If she is not on the bridge, normally you can find the start of the quest at the Starmap: Tenebra Subsector > Chernobog System > Merciful Agony MCXII
