Radical for Psyker
Puritan for everything else

Puritan probably best for PvE in my opinion lotta stuff in there that will help you out.

Alot say psyker for radical i would have agreed with that until i found the Psalm doctrine to turn 100% physical damage into warp damage + 20% warp damage bonus paired with a psalm doctrine turns all warp damage into armor breaking. Works on any class using physical damage I'm level 77 sniper using a needler dealing 30,000 dmg crits against +5 level enemies 1 shot 1 kill on elite and commanders with sniper shot from surprise state not even using aim shot tree yet or any sniper assist perks lol...... (before i started using those 2 doctrines was 20K crit vs +0 level enemies normal)
But even though if you going to just PvE I'd go puritan, just more to help you in the long run during PvE.

In my sniper's case i prefer radical. technically i could be using puritan still do what i'm doing and probably be just as good off if not better. Even thought about re-rolling another sniper just to lean on puritans side. I'll see someday, For now I'm happy, I can't complain about my damage at the moment. I can about my squishiness though lol.

Uh. Well. Do the prophecy campaign, and then... I don't know if you can. I had a character in the middle, found great holy armor during a crusade, made a new character, and rushed through the main campaign and prophecy campaign. Choose Puritan every time. Ended with 300 Puritan. I've heard some priority missions can give morality points, but I haven't seen one, nor tried much.

Well as long as you haven't completed all the story/campaign missions you can just from here on out start doing puritan even without story missions there is some random (and repeatable) assignments I have encountered them unlike the fellow above, that will give you the radical and puritan options to choose from. Long as you haven't chose radical to the 250-300 mark you can get back to puritan pretty easily.

If you got all the dlc there is couple options in those missions as well and also prophecy if you have it will give the options again eventually.

The last option would be just to make new char if you under level 70 you can gain those levels back pretty quickly. Plus you'll know what works and doesn't work for your play style, making the speed of leveling just that much quicker. All gear on your current class can be transferred to the new same class using storage. Once you get to required levels so you don't lose anything really. You've enjoyed playing to this point correct? If so then nothing is lost. Also your tech tree is account bound, so everything unlocked there will be unlocked for all chars new or old on the account. Also credits, fate currency, all crafting materials, favor points, tarot card unlocks+levels and some of the attribute points unlock through achievements. Class specific achievement attributes will also remain unlocked for the class even on new char. All of this stuff are account shared to all chars. That is one of this games strong points for sure.

Anyways thats about all the info or advice anyone could offer to you but all are good options. If you at 250+ mark on radical and under level 70 personally I would just roll a new char. I'm level 77 and have considered it. Just run crusades once they open use exp tarot card and meme viruses (100% exp consumable) if you have them you'll get your levels back pretty fast. Also i want to add if you got some higher level friends they can power level you fairly easy wink wink.
