Blurry
The game seems blurry, I can't figure out how to fix it. Is there a setting or an effect I need to turn off or on?

I notice that as well. Only thing I can tell that makes any difference is to make sure high shaders is checked in video options.

Hm.. mine was already checked. I turned my settings to "Very High" too. Everything still seems blurry / Grainy. Is it suppose to be this way? Kinda like a Artistic sorta direction?

Oh yes that helped out. I also turned off "Temporal AA" Between those two the game looks cleaner now. Thank you guys!

^^ Turn off the AA...its HORRID...worst AA ive ever seen lol

The fix is to make sure your desktop resolution scale is set to 100%, or 100 in custom, and don't let windows fix blurry apps. It's a bug that doesn't scale the game automatically.

You're a life saver. I swear I had that checked off but went to make sure and sure enough it was on with both the laptop and desktop. Helped significantly on both.
