It is indeed fixed! Thank you! Out of curiosity, do you guys know why this error occurs? I've heard it happened on XBOX and PS4 before via some forum posts.

The issue can be either caused by a glitch or a disconnection which can randomly occur so its hard to track down and eliminate. Nevertheless we are still on it.
Glad to hear the changes corrected the problem on your end!:)
