More weapon and armor models are always good.
There is no cool loot to hunt for, no set items nothing, and the end game if u can call it that sucks balls.
We are here cuz martyr based on wh40k and bring a revolution of the game mechanic of arpg genre, not for another brainless d3 copy post.
Thx!
I am not trying to compare this game with D3 here, only commenting on a feature you suggested ... if they bring in auction house I would quit. That is to learn from the mistake from another game.
What you said :-
That, can be done in other games that don't have auction house, e.g. D2 (I am not a D2 fans, please don't overreact on this) ... and there are no "hey buddy" in an auction house, no social interactions, only browsing for item quality and prices.
Auction house would dramatically change the economy in the game, drop rate and such would have to change accordingly because of the chance of exposure to high end item would be changed, sololist like me would suffer a lot.
Not to mention the oppotunity to bot for credit (botting is not permitted but there would be people violating the rule for their own gain) and that much resourses would flow into the economy, i.e. hyperinflation, item value in the Gold Auction house in D3 was almost always at max price because of that reason (and I ended up playing with the price fluctuation of gems to get me more gold that I can farm). And here fate being in-game currency that can be bought with real world money, if allowed to be used in auction house to obtain high quality items, would turn the game into a pay-to-win game.
I don't need a D3 clone here either, but please don't make the worse mistake D3 made.
And don't overreact about D3, I wasn't saying D3 is better, I am not saying D3 is better.
about real money to fate, maybe we can have a look to DDO,DDO have a auction house both use platinum as normal credits and astral shard as fate in martyr, and ppl can buy astral shards via real money, not saying i hope they copy post this mode, but realmoney for ingame currency not always made a game p2w,as at least DDO not a p2w game.but then thats a mmorpg, something diferent than martyrs situation.
and maybe you misunderstood me....i reacted not to you but to another guy that said d3 is better in every aspect even grafic and class balance than this game....for you i agree all you said.
An auction house seems silly since were Inquisitors and shouldnt be shopping for relics at some sort of online grocery store... HERESY!
Either you love diversity and diferent play style/fun,o you r are wh40k fan and have understand to its enviromence, otherwise martyr is not for you sinceremente.
