Best way to play this? Controller VS KB/Mouse?

I'm wondering what most people are using to play martyr/prophecy? do you use keyboard and mouse or controller? also whats better?
i heard from a couple reviews that controller is better its kinda clunky to play with keyboard and mouse is that true???

M/K bind camera rotation on right mouse and use wasd for movment like in a n mmo the rest is up to you also have a look at the option (disable mouse movment) under gamplay options

well i didnt buy it yet im deciding to buy it on xbox or pc,hmm it does seem clunky playing like that it might be better for controller then?
