Experienced players - are ancient relics worth the time and annoyance?
Do you guys bother to unlock ancient relics conditions? Is it worth doing? Or just salvage those, and hold out for 6-enchant relics?

I assume that typically a 6-enchant regular or Archeotech relic will be Best-in-Slot, and not an 4-enchant ancient relic... am I right about this?

those three “ordinary” properties that cannot be changed, but they enhance the main bonus, but are not worth it.
Archeotech reliс are not the best in my opinion, because it is impossible even to improve the main property, in contrast to the usual relic (orange) ones, in which each property can be not only maximized, but also chosen to your taste.
In addition, changing the additional properties of Archeotech reliсs is significantly more expensive.

But yes, the main property of Archeotech reliс may be more powerful compared to usual relic (orange).

Yes some ancient relics are worth it, like eye implants with up to 5% dmg per debuff, purity seals with up to 500% explosion on killing a stun enemy.

Go for a mix of normal/archeotech and moral relics and than try to get one of those rare ancient relics to improve you build further.

Not worth.

I always unlock the attributes until I can tell it's something I will or won't bother with. I'm using an ancient relic greatsword because I got a pretty good (to me at least) main enchant of damage bonus = deflect value and I like the look better than a regular greatsword
