Scourge of Lacaon

How can I play the Scurge of Lacaon mission type i only get the normal mission that gives one point. I have played 30 times but i dont get the mission that gives five points. Do I have to do somthing to get it?

I am asking myself the same quetion.Did something like 20-25 normal missions already. Maybe it will be random event ?

Very rare chance for them to spawn. Have done over 90 missions and yet to see one, then someone in my cabal had one spawn so I tagged along with them for it.

Hope the spawn rate is increased soon

i had one right now. the symbol was a white/orange skull, you cant miss it if one appears.

no, they just spawn random.
