According to this you should have no problem running the game in 1080p.
The rest is fine, so my main question is, how much impact does the CPU have on this game? Is it more CPU or GPU dependent?

I'm not sure if you're serious or joking.
From my playtime before I refunded(waiting for release to buy), it seems to be more GPU dependant if my task manager is any indication. The load on mu GPU is higher than my CPU.

You can check some games and set your PC and see what kind of settings is optional for you. Of course it's not 100% precise, but it can give you a nice feedback.
