How will it run?

So, the game looks rather interesting but before i decide to pay for it, i thought i'd ask how well it would run.

My system specs:
Windows 10 64Bit
AMD Phenom II X4 945 @ 3.0GHz
12GB DDR3 RAM
nVidia Geforce GTX 770 2GB
Display: FullHD 1920x1080@60Hz

That is a very respectable rig even if slightly aged. I believe 4k@60fps should not be an issue.

According to this you should have no problem running the game in 1080p.

Well, technically my CPU is below the FX-6300 in terms of performance, about 19% slower.
The rest is fine, so my main question is, how much impact does the CPU have on this game? Is it more CPU or GPU dependent?

From my playtime before I refunded(waiting for release to buy), it seems to be more GPU dependant if my task manager is any indication. The load on mu GPU is higher than my CPU.

You can check some games and set your PC and see what kind of settings is optional for you. Of course it's not 100% precise, but it can give you a nice feedback.
