It depends on your build and playstyle (power rating vs stats)
blue = 2 benefical stats
green = 3 benefical stats
Purple = 3 benefical stats mostly better rolled or fixed stats if crafted
gold = Relic affix and 2 additional stats if fusion is at 100%
After all Power Rating (the number besides the fist icon) is important because it calculates your dage recived and damage done compared from your PR to the missions PR.
Edit - I just re-read what you both were saying and see that I missed the order. So green is HIGHER than blue - That actually makes sense with what I've been seeing - but in pretty much every other game with color coded rarities, it goes the other way (green is uncommon, blue is rare) so thats what I was assuming here.
I was wondering why the stats seemed so lame on what I thought was higher tier gear. Calling it "Mastercraft" didn't help either, since the other games usually have that as a higher tier than "Rare" as well. I would have sold off all my decent loot after the first mission if I hadn't tried sorting my inventory by rarity.
IMO complaining about it or trying to shame somebody for making a civil and reasonable comment is a lot more rude.
So I'm all for letting this thread die a graceful death!
