They all start with 2 different things that are huge difference makers:
Attribute point allocation
Inherent perk
Now that I found this out, I realized that I should have chosen a different class instead of the one I chose.

I checked my char's perk list (Eradicator) and I cannot get, "Run and Gun - +20% ranged damage when moving, lasts 2s after stop" (Sniper's initial perk)
Perk&stats are the important parts, as said above.
If its extremely hard or impossible to get an initial perk it should be made obvious. Same with stats if they only go into the double digits.
Than again im not entirely sure how irrelevant they become later on. Like if its on other games where you get different starting stats and points to allocate varying by about 10 points by at max single pieces of equipment are changing stats by hundreds.
This melt things down to attribute differences per subclass.
How high do the attributes go at level cap? Dozens? Hundreds?
