Terminator armor, lightning claws, assault cannon, love to have those
pretty much the title, I am seeing these Voidrippers with lightning claws and thinking, hey, I want those... and a few more things like being a Termie and assault cannon to really get my libido pumping... hehehe

Unless their part of the Grey knights this will not happen.

I'm not 100% up to lore goddess, but isn't Terminator armour very rare and first and foremost you have to be a space marine, which Inquisitors are not them being base humans and all that.

There are multiple ways to have access to use Terminator class power armor and yes you are correct that their use of equipment is actually inferior then that of space marines for obvious reasons, But Grey Knights use up to date high tech terminator armor and their the military chamber of the inquisition so they will use the armor, Inquisitors will not, Also Space Marine Veterans have access to Terminator armor, Ultramarine Veterans of the 1st company for example and other specific groups within a chapter use terminator armor, One of the largest terminator armor uses are either between the Grey Knights of the Dark Angels Deathwing

Edit #1 Terminator armor isn't rare, It's just really situational

Are we talking about the Blood Magpies?
Because Tactical Dreadnought Armor is very very expensive and very very rare.
Most Chapters can't field their 1st Company in full Terminator gear.
Only a handful of Forge Worlds can build it.

Most Terminator Armors are relics from the past, and replacing even one is a chore.

At least that was the fluff for 25+ years.

This is somewhat true and somewhat false, There are tons of terminators and more then enough to fully outfit anyone with the Crux Terminatus, While it's rare to see any new type of pattern terminator armor they are not rare to see on the battlefield, Ancient patterns are rare but between ancient and modern is where most terminators fit in.'

Edit #1 the Deathwing of the Darkangels can field a 100 or more terminators at any given time.

Edit #2 The Third Tyrannic War/Rebellion on Ichar IV the ultramarines instantly deployed a squad of 20 terminators to clear a cathedral of genestealers. As i said their situational but not very very rare.

The Imperium does not have the STC for Tactical Dreadnought Armor any more. Thus "Terminator" armor can only be salvaged but never build. A inquisitor would never be able to move in "Terminator" armor unless he was a Space Marine first. Power Armor like seen on the Crusader Class is not the same Power Armor a Space Marine is wearing. It is not linked to the black Carapace thus lacks alot of its capabilities.

And while the Grey Knights have Brothers in "Terminator" armor they are still Space Marines first.

Thx for the answers chaps, I've been into 40k since playing Space Hulk on the 3DO back in the early 90*s but never got too much into it past the computer games. Hence why I had such high hopes for this one..

Yes and talking, sentient Necrons.
It's all a trick, I don't believe either.

Well I never put much stock in fluff, and I have a 1st edition Rogue Trader rulebook. I remember the days of chained storm bolters that could clear the other army off the field in one round due to following fire, or when Grey Knights could basically go turn after turn and the enemy team never got a turn which is pretty much the same thing.

But, sure I would love a Grey Knight character in Inquisitor because it would fit very much so. However I would contend that an Inquisitor could have Terminator armor, fluff be damned, if we can't get an actual Grey Knight. Fluff has changed from one edition to the next and depending on which author was writing it. That could be any IP, from Battletech, 40K, Star Wars, Star Trek, Fantasy, whatever, take your pick.

I recall dev said they consider adding Termy armor and weapons into the game.
Maybe they will after 2.0 and DLC go well.

Daemon Hunting Inquisitors from the Ordo Malleus can wield them as standard as I understand it.

I had that too. I saw this odd machine in a shop playing intro screens for my favorite tabletop game. It showed the Gene Stealers like I'd never imagined and then I heard the awesome voice-over and immediately bought the package.

i mean why not like raikiir on youtube said when it comes to an arpg you cant be 100% lore friendly the game needs lot of action and items/weapons so why not

only trhing i find extremly weird is the tripleshot psalm doctrine where 3 projectiles go in diffrent directions directly after leaving the barrel looks extemly weird to me

others came up saying but the flamer also can shoot exploding prjectiles i googled and you now what flamers can actually do that in real not kidding you shoot some of the flamable into the air and ignite it midair it really looks the same as here in the game and when it hits the ground it really does "splash dmg" xD

the emperor protects
