Here it goes:
Enraged State
If a Player has an Enraged token active, they are considered to be in an Enraged state. This means gaining a 3% damage bonus for every Enraged token. The maximum cap for Enraged tokens is 10 and each attack consumes a token.
Feared State
While Fear lasts, enemies lose 20% of their maximum Suppression value and have their Damage decreased by 20%. Lasts 5 seconds.
Exposed State
Lasts while the player is below 25% total HP.
Focused State
Various conditions can cause a Focused state. While Focused, the player gains a 50% bonus for HP and Suppression regeneration.
Berserk State
If a Player has a Berserk token active, they are considered to be in a Berserk state. This means gaining a 10% movement speed bonus regardless of the number of active tokens, and gaining a 1% damage and damage reduce bonus per active token. The active Berserk token number is decreased by 1 per second.
So let's look at these 3 states and check their descriptions.
It describes the buff effect of the enraged state but it doesn't explain at all how to become enraged. Hoiw am i supposed to get an 'enraged token'?
I m glad to know that 'various conditions can cause a Focused state' but it doesn't list any of them so i m still clueless regarding how to become focused...
once again it just describes the buff effect of the berserk state but doesn't explain how to activate it.
So sadly your message doesn't answer my question. So if anybody has the answer it would be very appreciated.
Anyway it remains cryptic and we should get a crystal clear explanation on such things. In fact i don't even unerstand how such infos may have slipped under the carpet...
I got a relic signum with "23% to all damage in focused state"
But how on earth do i get to be in a focused state?
My guess would be that since Focus is the class resource for my Crusader, maybe the Focused state means that my resource pool is full?
Dunno. But a clear info would be appreciated :D

I just found a relic item where the enchantment was
"1 Rage token on successfull critical hit"
So that's the way you get rage as it looks like.
Very annoying
Where do I see how many tokens I have or if I'm in a beserk or focussed state, am I just supposed to know, are these "resources" only available to a certain class or all?
There's 0 information on these things in the game, nowhere in the interface to track, am I supposed to keep track of "enrage tokens" between all the constantly changing buffs and their numbers at the bottom of the screen instead of look at the actual battle?
It just seems like, bloat..feature? Added for the sake of adding more stats, without having been properly given a place in the game.
You get Relic Attributes that trigger these states. Like I got a relic the other day that grants 4.3 Rage tokens on hitting Massacre bonus.

If you look some of the modifiers have the green square lit and the other is not lit. There isn't a glow. Are the ones without a glow not in effect?
I'm pretty sure these indicate the pool of stats these can roll from. Like when you modify them. But we don't know the stat pools ^^
