Venom Tarot Card

I am concerned that leveling this card does absolutely nothing. I have leveled it from 1-4 and have run a lot of VCs following the same path. I get 40 Tarots +/- 5%. I am only counting runs where I get the tarot card box at the end as one of my chests.

It is supposed to be an additional 50% chance per level of your card per the 2.0 post. If this is true, there is no way I should be seeing the same number of tarot card drops when my card was lvl 1 vs now that it is lvl 4. Thats 50% chance vs 200% chance.

Anyone else tried tracking this type of data?

Mines on level 3 & I havent noticed any increase in drops but without the base rate drop chance its not easy to calculate anyway.

VC's end chests can't be tracked that way as far as i can tell. There seems to be pretty much always the same set of chests (just in randomised positions), but thir specific content quality might change.
So e.g. More relic tarrot cards don't get you mroe relic chests, just more relics form one chest, same with the other stuff.

If you want to comapre results you hsould probably do osmething liek do 10 normal missions of the same type with a level 1 Veno mcard, and 10 with a higher level veno mcard and compare drops.

I am not focusing on the end chests. I do 20ish missions in my VC. Those should be dropping tarot cards out the wazzoo at level 4. I should see a huge increase in drops from those 20 missions. I just ran a VC a few minutes ago and I only got 30 (and this includes opening the tarot chest at the end). This was my 2nd run on level 4 of Venom. Something is not working.

Hm, how much of the VC are you clearing before the last mission? With a level one card (only finally got it to level 2 a few days ago, since it refused to dorp till rpetty much everythign else got 10 cards), I usualy got 0-3 tarrots per misison, so oding about 2/3 of the VC maps and poping the VC chest at the end I got aorund 15 or so.
30 soudns abit low for the max rank Venom card, but a definite increase over the rank 1.

I never got only 10 tarot cards, even at level 1. I typically do 19 missions and then run the boss one.
