If the loot is missing, quit to main menu, log back in. 8/10 times, it's magically there now, if not, quit the game and restart it.
Hope that helps.
A lot of us have lost Archeo and Rare Relics etc.. Blue prints we don't get that ♥♥♥♥ back, and we get excuses, again NEOCORE keep spouting that the reason for 'Online only' is to prevent ♥♥♥♥ like this, but instead it's the Online Only that's the cause, their server by the looks of it not sending proper character inventory lists back to the clients in question and reverting them back to what ever they had either before the mission or in some cases.. the end of the mission prior to that.
Relog after mission and its all there.
This is true, it is not an actual item loss as we have implemented a mechanic where you get back all your stuff if you relog - but obviously this is not a solution to the actual issue, just a workaround.
Co-Op item loss is our top prio issue ATM, and we are doing everything we can to fix this problem soon.
It IS an actual item loss. The mechanic to get your stuff back after relogging has worked for me before, but it's not working for some people. I have a friend who bought this game just to play with my group, and he has received loot exactly ONE time, out of 20+ missions. Every other time, he's received no loot. NONE. We've tried every conceivable fix on his end, and nothing works. Relogging, reinstalling the game, turning off Windows Defender, uninstalling, deleting all Inquisitor registry keys and folders and reinstalling. Nothing helps.
He also sent you a support request before Prophecy came out and got a reply that it would be fixed in the next patch. That was a few patches ago and it's still not working. The fact that you thought no one was actually losing items worries me. I think it's a bigger problem than you know, and that you need to make it a higher priority.
DUDE, your WIFE plays Martyr with you?! You've got a keeper; you've got a Unicorn!
